At Sqrain, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Our return and refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and in line with common industry practices.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Accepted reasons include:
    • Defective or damaged product
    • Wrong item received
    • Product not as described
    • Change of mind (provided the item is in original condition)
  • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

Handling Fees

  • Eligible returns are generally free from restocking fees. If the product is shows heavy signs of use, a handling or refurbishment charge apply.3.5% of the product price

How to Apply for a Return or Refund

After reviewing your request, we will provide the correct return shipping address via email. Please do not send items to the original shipping address, as returns sent there cannot be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, wrong item, shipping damage), Sqrain covers the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind, not meeting expectations), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service, as Sqrain cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

  • If you prefer to exchange your item for another product or size, please mention this when contacting customer service.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Certain product categories cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Used or Heavily Worn Items: Items showing heavy signs of wear beyond minor testing cannot be returned.
  • Products returned after the 30-day return period are also non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • Requests made after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
  • Products that show signs of use, customer-inflicted damage, or alterations be declined.
  • Refunds and exchanges are processed only after the returned items have been received and inspected.
