Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Accepted reasons include:
    • Defective or damaged product
    • Wrong item received
    • Product not as described
    • Change of mind (item must be in original condition)
  • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all original tags, labels, and accessories included.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, wrong item, shipping damage), SQRAIN covers the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service for returns, as SQRAIN is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange your item for another product or size, please indicate this when contacting customer service.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Items showing signs of use, customer-inflicted damage, or alterations.
  • Products returned after the 30-day period.
