1. What materials are your garden decorations made from?
Our garden ornaments are crafted from premium materials such as ceramic and glass. Each product page provides detailed material information, helping you make the right choice based on your garden setting and personal style.
2. Are your products suitable for outdoor use year-round?
Our ceramic and glass planters are suitable for regular outdoor use, but we do not recommend leaving them exposed in extreme weather conditions such as freezing temperatures or intense heat. Ceramic and glass materials may crack or break under sudden temperature changes. To extend the lifespan of your planters, we recommend:
Moving them indoors or to a sheltered area during freezing seasons;
Avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or drastic temperature changes;
Cleaning regularly and keeping them dry to reduce material wear.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery time typically takes 15-20 business days depending on your location within the U.S. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package is shipped.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States and do not support orders from outside this area. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

6. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
